Three Things Ziya David does when told she has a Day to Live

The first thing Ziya David did was break out of the hospital. The Doctor was muttering about infection risks but it was pretty clear in her mind that Carter had never managed to make the virus infectious, you pretty much had to be injected with the thing.

Then she went to find Carter. They all knew he'd done it but it was clear to her that it was her word against his which wouldn't be worth much once she was dead. If she didn't do something now more people would die before anything could be pinned on him. By the time she'd tracked him down and placed a bullet in his head she didn't have much time left.

She sat cross-legged on the floor of his apartment and phoned her father. He could multi-task pretty well so even as they spoke she was sure the Doctors and Gibbs and, because her father was a realist, Ducky were on their way.

Since there wasn't much time she said "Sh'ma Yis'ra'eil Adonai Eloheinu Adonai echad," to him, sat in his office, thousands of miles away, talking to her thanks to a satellite.

When they found her body he was still saying "Ani Adonai Eloheikhem" with his little girl who could no longer say the words herself.
